CommonGBPVRUtilites.DLL seem to be out-of-sync on Wiki

I had to recently re-install gbpvr, so as part of the install I grabbed the most recent CommonGBPVRUtilities.dll off the Wiki. Turns out somewhere (in my other installation) I loaded a newer version and the Wiki version is older.

I noticed because my logging stopped working, I was using the StatusLog object in the DLL. Once I copied the newer version from a backup folder, things started working again.

Not sure who maintains CommonGBPVRUtilities.dll, or who has the most current version of the code, but I think it needs to be updated on the Wiki to avoid problems for other users.

I include what is a relatively recent version in the Community Skin. I get it from the latest release version of VideoArchive (which is where you will find the latest .dll version).

I don't know if the VideoArchive beta version is newer than the release version I include with the skin.
