newb: How to add setting/control panel to plugin

I'm teaching myself c# to develop a plugin, and working from examples like GBPVRUIElementsLibarySource and Xrecord. What I can't seem to find out is probably simple enough, and that's how to make my settings/control panel form work in the GB config.

I have a lot of things to figure out, but I wanted to get this working so I could try out some basic reads and writes from a DB, and see them working.

Have you got as far as your plugin being listed in the plugin list on the config app?

Yeah, it's there and runs, but setting button isn't lit. I have a configform compiled w/ it, but don't know how to recognize it.

For the settings button to be enabled, your plugin must return an instance of a Form from the IMenuTask.GetConfigFormInstance() method.
