GB-PVR 99.12 Nova T 9003
The ONE thing I liked about the Hauppage WinTV software was the ability to switch between full screen - windowed with menus - window no menus
from the remote control.
I can't find any way to do it in GB-PVR, nor any way to get a really full screen without borders or the task bar.

MS Media player has that cool way of sliding the menu bar and task bar out of the way and leaving full-screen video... Maybe GB-PVR could do something similar?

You can press alt-enter to switch between fullscreen and window mode. You can edit the hauppauge irremote.ini file if you want to program a button to do this. My primary concern is fullscreen mode, so this isnt really a feature I'm that worried about having accessable via the remote in GB-PVR.

Thank you for the tip about alt-enter. I posted without exploring all the options in gbpvr, and later found the options to 'Show in windowed mode' and 'Start on second monitor' which do everything I want.
The only reason I was using windowed mode was so I could email etc whilst watching TV on the second monitor (using Nvidia Full screen video to secondary display, in clone mode).
But now I have gbpvr set to start full screen on second monitor (using Nvidia dual-view mode) and it is a much better solution, as the primary display is now free to do other stuff!
Only downside is that dual-view is a bit more demanding on CPU.
