Ah, now I understand. Not sure why it's doing that. Maybe if sub looks in, might have an idea.

On a related problem.
Last nights epg update failed to fully load, and I tracked it down to this line.
The last & was clipped. "&a</desc>"
Code:
<desc>(2005-01-18) Snackwells; Teen Talk Barbie; Larry Byrd retires; "White Men Can't Jump"e;; Bill Clinton; Bush vomits; "Studs"e;; "Northern Exposure"e;; "American Gladiators"e;; "Cop Killer&a</desc>

here's a picture of some of the "'s in the guide.
<edit> image viewed and no longer needed, removed to save bandwidth</edit>

Jim_, pm sent. That may be the cause of eoren1's problem as well.

PM received, thanks I'll give it a try.
Jim

[EDIT]
Looks good!
The epg fully loaded without any errors, and the quotes display normally in the guide.
I'll remove the screen cap image from my previous post to save sub some bandwidth.
Thanks
Jim

New version uploaded. Redownload from the first post in the thread. I also added an option for the way the name is displayed.

OK, this version does not generate ANY display-name elements - channel ids only. Doesn't matter what name= value I give, OR take the default. Guide is hosed... Sad rolling back to prior version...
