Using a Denon remote control

I've got a Denon AVR1906 amp and remote control. At the moment this happily controls my TV and Amp. I'd like to be able to take over the controls of the Hauppauge remote, so I only need 1 remote control - the Denon.
Has anyone else achieved this kind of function and if so, how ?

I'm using an All-In-One remote to control the TV/STB/VCR/DVD/CD/Amp and the PC. I'd definately recommend it - now I have a draw full of remotes instead of a coffee table full.

You can achieve what you want with an infrared reciever and third-party software such as HIP (http://www.byremote.com.au/HIP/Default.htm).
I went out and purchased an "IRman" infrared reciever from www.evation.com about 5 years ago and it hasn't missed a beat. The IR range far exceeds other devices I have (even when I was running it with a 10m com extension cable for a period!). I think I paid around AU$60 from memory. It does require a COM port though.
I believe that there other options about including some that are trancievers (can also send IR for controlling other devices).
If you've got some time and a soldering iron, there are some DIY designs out there too.
