Buttons for other PVR?

I see that the mvpmc support ReplayTV and MythTV. Where are the buttons on the mvpmv screen to start into them like emulation button? Do they appear if certain parameters are configured?

By default they are enabled on the main menu so you must have turned them off with a dongle.bin.config The mvpmc wiki explains how to use this I've never used either, except DArchve once to test replaytv mode.
