Hi sub,

May I suggest that you install a bittorrent client (I recommend bitcomet) and check http://www.tv-swarm.com; they list season 2 episode 17 which appears to be the season finale. It's only 350 MB and the stuff I get using tv-swarm is usually very clean (and contains no commercials), but it has few seeders so it could take a while...

If you can't get it to work, let me know and I can give it a try as soon as I get home and upload the file to you.

Regards,

Jan

I'm currently trying to download it using bitcomet. Its downloading, albeit at the speed of the continential drift...

Most of these P2P clients just make me think of spyware ridden junk. I think I'm a download snob. I'm used to browsing easynews with it's nice web interface, and downloading at 220 kps.

GrabIt is a free newsreader which works well. I also like Agent. However, on my search today, no new Apprentice shows are there....bittorrent is your best chance.
Watch out for the man, he's watching. I used bittorrent to download SG-1 (shows early in Britain and Canada) and was told to stop since I was technically sharing. My ISP told me to use newsreaders instead....go figure.

Basically its a grey area and leans more towards the illegal side of grey. doom9.org and videohelp.com has some good threads worth reading on this topic. But as you say, this is for the US. You got to research for each country. People argue that they can receive the broadcast but missed it so they have the right to download it. But who has the right to share a recording? You are entitled to record a broadcast for your own use but then should destroy it (timeshifting), so therefore you are not entitled to distribute copies.

Though as far as I know, it is ok for you to take your recording and watch it at someone elses house - you got to love legal documents!

Cheers,
Colin.
