On the pc when I press the esc key it does not exit out to the main menu

Sub decided to handle a few keys quite differently in PVRX2 compared to gbpvr. Things like the home key (menu) he was getting to first before letting plugins see them. Wonder if this is similar......also in gbpvr, some keys I didn't have to handle as they had default actions (next track etc), and now I do.

I'll have to have a look an see what is happening here.

Ahh, also, it could be saving the playlist...I have noticed it does take a little longer now, if your playlist particulary large??

You should be able to see evidence of it saving in the log files.

the current playlist would only be about 10 songs as I noticed immediately on starting up ML2 for first time.

I just did the usual start up pvrx2 started ML2 pressed ctrl-R for random

then ctrl-g to go to playlist screen

then esc which went back to the library screen

then esc which I expected to exit me back to the main menu but it just sits there

CPU usage for pvrx2 goes to 99%

I turned on insane logging and have attached the logs

Can't even see ML2 looking at the keystroke, but can't remember if I logged that.

I do see in the pvrx2 log an SQL error. So that might be while saving the tracks.

I've had the same problem with ML2. I'm pretty sure that my computer is powerful enough to handle ML2...
I dont have any problems with other plugins. Only ML2 seems to use 100% of my computer and I wont be able to exit out of ML2 back to the main menu.
I only have about 20 gigs of mp3s, Thats not that many!

Ok, replicated here. As a work around (crap though it is) if you DONT go into the playlist screen then you shouldn't have this problem. Doesn't matter if you're playing or not.

I'll work on a fix now that i know how to cause it.
