I think a straight copy covers all bases and would be easier.

The attached SkinPluginHelper.exe does this.

NEW FEATURE: if you have a SkinPluginHelper.bat in the plugins\SkinPlugin folder then it will run this instead of directly running the PVRX2 executable. This allows for the use of command line arguments like the very useful -fse for example.

I'll see if I can figure that out.

Need something like this: <Image name="legacybaseskin.xml" target="%OLDSKINROOT%\baseskin.xml"/>

Thanks for the quick turn-around. Applying changes and doing some testing. Need to track down an OSD bug report and will be ready to release an update to the skin and plugin.

I've been using the Contour skin for my HTPC w/ MVP. In preparing for upgrade to v1.0, I'm trying out CS3 on my laptop, and it's working well. Just installed 3.01, and I like the Avance theme, which should also satisfy the WAF. I look forward to the return of the VA panel, and I also really want to keep TV Listings. I've tweaked the blue skin to get it working, but can't get it for CS3. Has anyone got a CS3 skin to work for the TV Listings? Or are we waiting for an updated release of the plugin?

Hello,
Noticed that my favourite plugin-Music Player is not skinned. Is there any plans for doing that or am I the only user?
I like the simplicity of that plugin with the directory structure support.

All plugins were skinned for the Old UI, however, converting for the new UI requires changes. I'll get this one updated for the next release as well.

Yes, thats the one I meant. Would be great if it could be skinned for the new GUI.

I tweaked the TV Guide skin to my liking (see attached ). When I modified the theme with the skin plugin it overwrote my modified skin. Luckily I had backed it up.

How can I make changes so they won't be written over?
