RSS feeds keeps creating duplicates

I use RSS feeds to display the completed recordings. This works ok, but in Thunderbird, everytime Thunderbird updates the feed, I get all of the completed recordings over and over. This creates tons of messages. I'm not sure what normally happens whether it's on the server or the client side that keeps me from getting duplicate messages from a "normal rss feed" but however that happens, it would be good if EWA could mimic this.

mine works fine as a web page in firefox, but wont load 'pending' as a live bookmark..
[i think it only shows them if there's a <link> present]
i think a blank link would work.. then they'd show up..
also, can we change the sort order? [by time preferably]

i'd rather have the links that are inside the descriptions part, say, the vlc link than a download one as default..any way to change this?

This is most likley because it is not handling the permalink element correctly....see this definition.

It isn't an issue with the feed....it is a feed reader issue.....
