help! rec service spiking at 100%!

help! my rec service spiking at 100% for some unknown reason..
i find nothing in the logs when it happens, tho i do see a conversion processsing error, it doesn't really show up until later..

i don't use the conversion processing, so not sure why it would even be active at all...?

i find no errors in logs at all..
it spikes about every 8 secs at 100% interrupting viewing.

Sounds like you may be using an MPV or two.

I think there is a new option to turn off the clock and "next sched"
If not, you can fiddle with the settings on a special skin for the MPVs.

Are you using an MPV as a client?

seems to be the web server, when i turn it off, problem goes away...

so where are the logs for the EWA? only thing i've changed there is i added a 'auto-search' a couple days ago...i tried removing the search xml but didn't help..

any thoughts?

FIXED: just reset the web server stuff and it's fine..
whew...
