VA crashes MVP on 1.0.12

I don't think you are using the latest version from the attachment earlier in this thread. My log shows assembly version 3.0.2791.39026 and your is for 3.0.2744.14534. Can you try downloading it again and restarting PVRX2 to force it to load the new rev?

Still crashes. A few questions.

1. Where should the new DLL go? I seem to have 2 of them. plugins/ and plugins/jeff. I removed the one from plugins.

2. Which log file do you need?

3. Is there a way to tell VA to flush/cleanup it's list of directories. I see in the log when it is loading the show list, it is listing "empty directory" for directories that don't exist.

I don't see any errors in the log. Every other restart only gives a log like the following before it craches the MVP.

From the main screen pressing F11 (GO on the remote) will cause it to rescan. Using PVRX2 you want to keep the one in the plugins/jeff directory. As to logs, the ones you posted plus the gbpvr log files from the logs directory are fine.

Thanks Jeff. My problem was that I had two VideoArchive.dll files. I didn't notice (or look) at the one in Jeff when I patched. Everything looks good now.

I'll try and get the logs once the MVP is freed up. Does it make a difference that I have several MVP in my network? I set the MVP server cound to 3. I saw in an ealier post that there was problems related to multiple server I think.
