ok, adding the sleep 5 (from the windows 2003 resource kit) worked great. everything is working now and i'll stick with the addepisode rather than the renamerecording.

OK adding the sleep 5 worked. i used the slee.exe from the windows 2004 resource kit. and sticking with addepisode rather than the renamerecording.
