FYI: Turbo Graphix uses PC-Engine emulators. I was able to get Hu-Go pc-engine emulator to work through GameZone. I added it as a PC game.
The settings in GameZone were as follows:
Name: Turbo Graphix (Name it what you want.)
Executable: (path to Hu-Go)
Path: (path to your Turbo Graphix roms, .pce files)
Arguments: "%FILE%"
(include quotes)
Extentions: pce
In Hu-Go I set the preferences to start games in Full Screen mode. (Don't forget to 'Save Options' from the menu after you set your preferences/options.)
This makes my wife happy, as she loved a couple of TG games growing up.
