Before, I was using the channel number for the ID in the xml output. Now I am using the actual channel ID from Y!.

Are you only getting 8 days in Go4Tv as well?

This allows duplicate channels to be handled much easier.

Tried setting up yahoo tv on pvr usb2 but get this error:

There was a problem downloading TV listings. If the problem persists, please contact technical support.

The error message was "The listings import plugin failed to perform the import : Failed to download updated listings, please try again later : Send request failed : (12002) , ".

How about reoccurring recordings? Will they get messed up? I got a bunch of them.

I very very much doubt it. But, all you have to do it copy the entire gbpvr folder, then change to the new version, if it does something goofy delete the gbpvr folder and replace it with the copy and it'll restore everything just the way it was.

Quote:"THOSE UPGRADING SHOULD READ THE CHANGES. YOU WILL NEED TO CLEAR YOUR CURRENT CHANNELS AS THE CHANNEL IDs HAVE CHANGED."

Sorry if I am being a little dense, but is this an EPG clear and reload or is it a deletion and recreation of the XMLTV source in the capture devices menu? What steps would you suggest to do this?

Deletion of the capture source would do it but simply deleting the channels will too.

If you have any recurring recordings, you will need to export them first and re-import them afterwards.

It has come to my attention that "name=" no longer works with the new version. You should now use "display-name=".

This is what happens when you make a lot of code changes and don't document them as you go.
