Aaargh! Just as I thought I had got eveything working perfectly!
I noticed some slight juddering was back on TV, and have found that for some reason if I launch GBPVR using resolution changer:
GRNPOWER={run(C:reschange.exe -width=1280 -height=720 -refresh=50 "C:\Program Files\devnz\GBPVR\GBPVR.exe")}
Then fine, the screen blanks out for a few seconds and the resolution changes as it should. GBPVR starts up, the initial splash screen says loading or using VMR9 FSE... - and then the screen blanks again for a few seconds (a sure sign on my LCD that the resolution or refresh rate is changing again) and by the time I get to the menu in GBPVR the refresh has gone back up to 60Hz!
This only happens using VMR-fse. VMR7, 9, or custom using the same remote command and it works as it should - the resolution changes once, GBPVR starts, and stays at 50Hz until I exit.
So pleeeeeeeeese anyone got an idea why VMR-FSE is not behaving!
I am sure it was working last week - and cannot think of anything in partcular that has changed since...
