Something I was wondering about for some time now;

Where does your username come from?
Has it something to do with your name, was it given to you by friends, does it have a (special) meaning etc.

Enlighten me if you please.

Must have missed that one :o

well mine is frome the first 2 letters of my wife's maiden name and the first 2 letters of my last name. We made this up before we were married.
This is our mail adress also (sumo@....) , At first we had it the other way around "mosus@......" but we have some religious friens that were offended by it and refused to send any e-mails to us.
Besides that, an avatar pic of a sumo wrestler is easier to find.........so in case anyone is wondering, no it's NOT me !

Sorry I'm lost. Is this because it sounds a little bit like Moses?

my user name is a nick name i picked up in high school my freshman year.
In my electricity class I made a battery out of a tin can, salt water and a spoon. Do to this some of the upper class men thought it would be fun to blend my name with macgyver, so since my first name is Beau (Bo) i received two names mabover and my user name bogyver.
I use both names, just depends on my mood
Also my avatar is completely unrelated to my name, it just a name of a character i like from the Japanese Anime / Manga Bleach
the guys name is Kenpachi Zaraki
