Change the display-name option to add the numbers back. As for listing, are there any programs in the XML output?

Yup looks like I got data,19.8mb output file, looks like xmltv format.

My zip is 08081 and the provider is vineland, comcast vineland NJ66188

I tried the MSN scraper to see if I had something set up wrong, and GBPVR loads it's xmltv file fine.

Thnaks I'll let you work with some other folks, and check back later. I don't want to take up all your time

Thx whurlston... After getting all the MCE updated it's all working now.

whurlston,
Only thing that I notice, when loading your file with the EPG update in GBPVR config, it pups up a box saying "Saving listing and channel..." when I do the same thing with the file from the MSN scraper, I get "reading XMLTV" file first then saving listing and channel info.

I'm lost........

Do an import on the file and then zip and post your gbpvr\logs folder. The logs should tell me why it doesn't import.

Whurston,

Here's my log folder. Tis is from my GBPVR machine. This runs Windows 2000, but the results are the same on the Vista machine. (no PVR Card in the vista machine, I only put it in to setup mce)

Thanks....Robert

Found the problem:
Code:
2007-09-17 16:37:16.875    ERROR    [3]    XMLTV: error reading xml: Item has already been added. Key in dictionary: '28459251'  Key being added: '28459251'
Find the channels in the XML file that have the ID "28459251" and disable all but one of them using the exclude.txt

Does this XMLTV to EPG work with GBPVR version 0.98.13?

I have it installed and doing a GBPVR EPG Update creates the .xml file from my provider but the TV Guide in GBPVR shows my channel lineup but all time slots are empty of program information.

Note my system info is in my sig but I don't use MCE at all.

It's probably the same issue proteus5 had. Check the channel IDs in the xml file. If there are duplicates, disable them. If you post the gbpvr logs I can tell you for sure.

Whurlston,

Thanks for looking at this for me, I really do appreciate your time and work. I've got to work the next couple days, so it'll be a while before I get back to it, but I will try the exclude. Thanks very much again!!!!
