The program name uses some pale-blue shade while the details are white. Further, the details are the same size or larger than the program name. This made it near impossible for the wife to use. How can I change that?

After a couple of other issues (not all to do with CS3), I downgraded back to 0.99.12... :-(

That blue shade is a common highlight color for that theme.

Further, the details are the same size or larger than the program name. This made it near impossible for the wife to use. How can I change that?

FYI they are the same font size (13pt).

Here is a replacement xml file for recordings that uses a slightly larger Yellow title. (I didn't notice much difference in size however in 13pt vs. 14 pt.)

You can play with the line in this xml...

<TextStyle name="GeneralTextHeaderStyle" color="Yellow" size="14"/>

and change the size and color to suit your taste.

Should this work with pvrx2.exe? I have tried it and while it works, it fails on one function. That is pressing F1 twice which should get to the guide search screen but doesn't work on this skin. Sub has looked at the logs and noted it's a skin error

I gave a quick try this weekend and pressed F1 and had a search screen show up.

Maybe it is something I fixed? I am not sure. I will have to check out all the custom guides to make sure they all work fine.

When I run community3 as my Skin, PVrX2 loads fine, except for MyVideos plugin (I know it's un supported, but still works)

When I go into it, I get a large red X covering the background, and another red x covering the listmenu background. These X's kind of expand as I try tp use the keyboard.

I can see the video names, but not very clearly,
I cannot see the menu, and the logs complain of not finding the composite images, and the buttons.
If I use the PVRX2 blue skin, Myvideos works fine - but I'd prefer to use community as the blue skin is too dark for me.

Has anyone got any ideas on how to get this to run?

Looks like the skin needs to be updated for CS3. Fatman_do is no longer on the project so I will try and have a go at Xrecord and MyVideos. Time is an issue (as usual), but I will see what I can do.

If you post the log it should make things easier/quicker for me.

I second the skin for MyVideos.

I'm also trying to get the new version of TV Listings skinned for CS3, without success. If anyone can point me in the right direction it would be appreciated. I just don't know where to start when using the skin.xml from blue.

JonnyCam: what version of MyVideos are you using? The wiki page for it says it won't work with recent versions of GB-PVR (97.7+). If you have a copy of it, could you send it via email? (see my forum profile for the address)
