SearchWizX2 - PVRX2 version released.

I think there is a fairly major memory leak in the app. Using freeview dvb-t in the euk.

if I search for 'the' I get a listing of about 329 shows & the memory used by pvrx2 goes up by about 100MB. As I scroll down the list and the descriptions etc are retreived from the EPG the memory usage goes up & up & up....
This memy is not freed until I exit PVRX2 & if I go back into the plugin then memory usage goes up again!

It looks as though the strings are not being freed correctly - and it could probably do with being cleverer about not getting the entire result set back initially to save the initial hit...

What I would REALLY like to be able to do is a 'flat' listing of all shows (EG with a blank criteria list) - I could then filter by channel & genre if I wanted to...

I'll take a look at this. The plugin is pretty memory intensive, but once the list is cleared, most of the memory should be released and garbaged collected. There was a bug in an early version (1.0.1-3 i think), but I thought I had resolved most of the problem with some changes back then.

I have v1.0.8 and there is a bug. I search for south, cursor to South Park, then go right so I can navigate each episode. After moving down a few there is a blank button, but when I cursor down past the blank button, it's filled in with the episode time like it should be. I cursor up above it and it goes blank.

This will be fixed in next version.

Quick question - which field in skin.xml controls the font for the time/date of each prog matching the search criteria on the right hand side of the screen?

Trying to get it to be the same size/font as all the other menus but I've tried changing pretty much everything and it still stays the same!

If you are using the Blue skin, that font is currently set to "GeneralTextStyle" and is set in three composite elements:
ProgramTimesListNormal, ProgramTimesListSelected, ProgramTimesListSelectedInactive.

Small bug - searchWiz returns programs on channels that no tuner points to. It allows you to select and then says there is a conflict with recording.

Thanks. I've tried to change this by creating a new text style to increase the font size but it seems to have got even smaller now! I don't really know much about xml so not sure what I should change to increase this font size just in searchwiz (ie not screwing up anything else GB-PVR is using this font for) ?

I may be missing something. I installed it. Setup it up in the Config so it shows in the main menu. When I select it and try searching for anything (even the word 'the') I always get "Sorry, no listings found...". I have a pull from Zap2XML and it is imported and my TV Guide is all populated - but SearchWiz2 always returns no hits. I looked in the logs directory and in PVRX2.exe-1.log I found:
