My current movie structure is:
d:\DVD\Movie Name\VIDEO_TS

The video ts directory then contains all the files for the movie
ex:
VTS_01_1.VOB, VTS_01_2.VOB, VTS_01_3.VOB, VTS_01_4.VOB, VTS_01_5.VOB, VIDEO_TS.BUP, VIDEO_TS.IFO

How do I set the config manager to play these? (The regular video menu lists them as Movie Name.dvd)

I don't download my DVDs to my hard drive, so I'm not sure exactly how this would work. I could probably program something, but I'm not sure what file I would tell GBPVR to play....

When I get a little free time, I'll research this and see if something can't be incorporated into MovieWiz to handle DVDs on a hard-drive.
