Managed to get GB-PVR 0.90.10 to install on the new machine. However, when I chose "Live TV" I just get a black screen. Trying to use my PVR-350 for TV-Out, and did select it in the Playback area, and have tried both VMR9 and Overlay.

System is running WinXP SP2 with 512 megs of RAM and with an nVidia GeForce 5200 video card as well as the Hauppauge.

Any ideas?

I would like to nominate myself for the "most clueless newbie" award.

I had been having problems with the previous release installing, and then getting a black screen. So when I got a black screen again this time I "assumed" it was the same problem.

After posting, I went over to the TV to see if there was a loose cable. Turns out there was - the power cable.

Color me several shades of red please...

Turning on the TV, everything is now working fine, and I can concentrate on my MediaMVP problem (which I have just reconfirmed is not related to anything being turned off).

Thanks!
