Is this the new HD MVP?

I was just browsing around and came across the new SAGETV HD Media extender. Now, we all know that Sage also uses the MVP from Hauppauge, so I gather this is another Hauppauge product. There is nothing on their web site, but this forum post (very familiar interface on the web), shows pictures and comparisons.

No, its not a new Hauppauge MVP. Its some other company they've partnered with to produce this device.

Darn .. and so the quest continues for an MVP replacement. That is, unless someone gets GBPVR working on one of these.
