How do I set the task images to be the same on the MVP as the PC? Using the latest version of Community Skin with PVRX2?

(I have Xrecord suite working, as in it doesn't crash, but some of the popup spacings really need work).

XSearch and XGuide shouldn't have hard coded values anymore but XRecord still has a bunch which I'm progressively eliminating. If you find some particularly annoying hard coded popups etc, report them and I'll address those first.

When I played I found I had to select the skin for the MVP (under the MVP tab) in GBPVR config & not leave it as default.

Thanks for that I have been tearing my hair out trying to work out why the font size on my PC was fine for Musiclibrary2 but way too small on the MVP.

As you say specifically set the mvp skin the same as the PC and everything works the same.

Other people may have noticed this, but just in case you haven't.

If your MVP is playing then you are unable to change themes etc using the skin plugin, presumably as the files are in use.

work around is to stop the recording service then make the skin changes on the PC then restart the recording service to see changes on MVP

I mainly use my MVP for playing music using physiks musiclibrary2 plugin.

when the screensaver kicks in I get a thin blue line across the bottom of the screen and down the right hand edge. [ a few pixels wide]

it happens whenever the screen saver is active and occurs on each different theme.

I have tried changing the MVP screen position offsets and changing aspect ratios between 4x3 and 16x9

I am using PVRX2 ver 1.1.5, community skin Version 3.0.5 updated 2007-Dec-02 and mvpmc dongle.bin dated 9th December 2007

It didnt happen in gbpvr using the community skin and does not happen using Subs Blue Skin

Has anybody any suggestions what to tweak to get rid of it

Shooting from the hip without looking at it, I probably have to adjust the size of an image or something in the MusicLibrary 2's skin.xml file. (If you are inclined to do so, you may give it a look).

I appologize if this is the wrong thread but somebody is having problems getting the Comminity Skin to work with the latest XRecord here. Does it work for everyone else? Can someone help him? I know next to nothing about the community skin.

I've got a a strange problem with Xrecord also. It only draws itself in the top left hand corner of the screen. This is with the Community Skin - I havn't tried it with Blue yet.
