One thing I would really welcome would be if GBPVR kept track of whether a show had been watched after it was recorded. I record a fair bit for the kids, and often when the show is over they just turn off the set. It would be great to be able to see which episodes of their shows were "already watched" so I could delete them.

Tks

Xrecord can do this, it's a nice clean plugin too.
fla is fairly active keeping it working.... :-)

I'm using Xrecord already, but when I asked fla he said that the "watched" flag is only used to determine whether a given show should be recorded or not, and that it wouldn't allow selective deletion of episodes. If I understood him, it also didn't change state when a recorded show was played the first time, rather it changed state when the recording happened.

Thanks!

That's what I was thinking! I've got about 350 gig in mine just sitting there ready to be replayed!

Smile

I guess they figure it beats watching the same episode over and over! (but not by much)

I also think this would be a great feature but I would like to have markers which can be set by different people. When my girlfriend watches something i want her to be able to set that she has seen it so i can delete it without asking 'have you watched this yet, can i delete it?' And the same for when i have already watched something so she can delete it.

It would avoid having to go through the recordings list and have her say for ever item if she's seen it yet -but i am just lazy.

very great idea and one that will help when panicking to delete something so you can record a few shows in a jiff

good one
