Re: Auto Record...
Could you publish a brief overview of how Auto Record works, what triggers the search, do you do any logging, etc?
I created two Auto Record searches yesterday and set Auto Record on in the config tab. The searches were for two programs which I already knew were in the EPG, but I had not yet scheduled to record. I checked Manage Recordings today, and both programs had been found and scheduled for recording - however, one of the programs had been scheduled twice - same channel, same time.
Off to work for now, will have a closer look tonight.
Alex
EDIT: so now it's tonight and I've had another look...

Quote:The searches were for two programs which I already knew were in the EPG, but I had not yet scheduled to record.I should have made it clear that I was talking about two 'episodes' - I had already manually scheduled all the episodes of the same programs except for the two I mentioned. When I peeked in gbpvr.db3 I saw that these manually scheduled recordings had all been doubled up - so it may be that I had also manually scheduled the duplicate episode mentioned in the OP (bad hair day yesterday), but I'll find out tomorrow.
