Import from outlook cvs file?

This looks useful - would it be possible to import an outlook generated cvs file into the calendar?

The calender plugin only knows about ICal (.ics) files. Can outlook create these?

Just out of interest and thinking along the same lines as I was with the calendar - is there a plugin that can take the outlook contacts and display those?
Should be fairly easy to grab a cvs file or similar.
