Thanks for posting this -- I've now got it working fine with GBPVR. Just another reason why I love this site -- lots of great people supporting each other (thanks guys!).

e268 Wrote:I use the first method listed by pvruser. Yes, I am able to do exactly like you to get the epg updated. Then I have to go into GBPVR config to update the epg.

My problem is that I cannot configure GBPVR to run the EpgUpate at a certain time that I specified. What else do I have to change to make it work?

TIA.

I am running into the same thing. If I manually run the batch file and then empty and update the EPG I have no problems. Simply hitting the "Update EPG" button or scheduling updates through GBPVR is not working. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My fault, wasn't paying attention. I put -A " *" and I don't see a * after any episode names in the guide.

jdg Wrote:-A requires a parameter like
-A "new"
-A "live"
-A "new live"

So when you use -A -o tvguide.xml the "-o" is being set as the parameter to -A.

Try -A "new live" -o tvguide.xml ...

I'm having the same problems. Any updates on this?

So mine quite working. Anyone else have this problem? There are things in my xml, but for some reason gbpvr isn't loading them. Very strange, especially because it has been working fine for over a month.

probably an error in the xml file, post your gbpvr logs after you do an epg update and we'll take a look.

Thanks for the help! See attached. I tried the free trial of schedules direct and that didn't work either. I'm stumped.

Thanks for the help guys. Ya, I couldn't find anything in the logs either. I had a backup of gbpvr that I tried and it works. Thanks again!
