Whats the easiest way to make a dvd (dvd+r) out of the mpeg's that gbpvr creates? Rather it not be a plugin... is there a tool that will put it into an iso form or something that dvd decryptor will write?

What you're looking for is a "DVD Authoring" program. These will take an MPG file and allow you to create DVDs from them. I personally use a program called DVD-lab. It costs $100 but allows you to make menus and other stuff. My PVR-250 came with Ulead DVD Moviefactory which is a basic program to do it. You can find programs to do it for free and some that cost $10000. It just depends on what you want to do. I would start by going to Doom9 especially this one on authoring DVDs using Ifoedit.
