Unfortunately I'm a bit snowed under with my day job at the moment, working to a hard deadline, so not quite managing to find enough hours in the day to keep on top of everything that is posted - so appologies if I've not responded to your questions.

I'm am still reading everything, and trying to respond, but if I have to go off an investigate things to answer your question then there is a good chance I'm not going to respond. I'm trying to avoid these types of distractions for now.

Everything should be back to normal in a few weeks.

I think it's up to the 'old hands' here to try to field some of the general questions. I certainly try, if I can think of an answer or at least something that could be tried.
