Ever since I bought my plasma tv and hooked up the plasma with the vga plug, I get black rolling bars when watching videos on my pc. I don't see the rolling bars any other time... only when watching videos. I don't think that its my graphics card, because I had the same problem with my old graphics card. It seems to have something to do with the vga connection. Any ideas?

Did you try replacing the VGA cords?

Nope. But why would it only have rolling bars during video playback?

Because the rolling bars only appear on black framed pictures?

(well, thats what I have found - and swapping vga cables to a shielded one helped me)
