No one seems to have this problem, so it's me: I tried adding the line to postupdateEPG, and I got a debugging error.

At the end of the commands in there, I added this:
zapimport myzapuser myzappassword

I get this error:
Application popup: zapimport.exe - Common Language Runtime Debugging Services : Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.
Process id=0xe30 (3632), Thread id=0xc8c (3212).

Can you run it in a dos window and see if you get a stack trace. And pm it to me.

Think I found it:

Unhandled Exception: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not find file "c:/za
pimport/zapcleandb.mdb".
File name: "c:/zapimport/zapcleandb.mdb"

I looked, but I couldn't see where to d/l this.

I just ran into the same problem not more than 30 seconds ago. The file you need is included in the xrecord.zip download. You probably unzipped the file to the main gbpvr directory, at least I did. Just create the zapimport subdirectory under c: and move the file there. It seems to wor; I am downloading the info right now so I should know in a few minutes what it found.

Ah...I see it now...I was only looking in FF.

Just on a side note to xrecord: what does pskill.exe do, anyway?

Btw, there was an error (maybe) in run:
unknown mpaarating nc-17

Maybe it is normal, and there is just none found.

It kills a process by name. Can be used inside stoptranscoding. Most people would not need it unless you want to watch xvid/divx on your mvp.

You should not have to create another directory. The database should be in the gbpvr directory. It is a bug. I am fixing it now and will repost it on wiki under the new zaptools
