Hello all,

I have a little problem with my asus u3000 mini, I managed to capture TV with it, but can not get FM radio, when I press "scan" it comes "unable to locate available FM tuner". Tried many different ways to get it - no luck, google doesnt help also. The only thing I found on Wiki, that explains not so much:

"In order to get this to work, you need to do the following:
Set the correct capture source card type,
if you are using ‘PVR150MCE’ it should say that, not ‘PVR150’
if you have mulitple tuners with FM, you may be surprised which of the tuners has the FM tuner that GB-PVR will use.
Connect your antenna to the correct FM Tuner. It’s possible that the radio signal is NOT received through the TV signal’s connection.
Download the lame encoder directshow filter. You can get it from http://www.elecard.com/ftp/pub/directsho..._dshow.zip Install the files somewhere on your PC, and run regsvr32 c:\your\path\to\lame.ax"

Did everything like it says, no luck.

If someone has/had similar problem would appreciate the answer.

Cheers.

I'm fairly sure this device does not have the required hardware MPEG2 encoder, so its not usable as an analog device in GB-PVR.

If this is what I think it is, it's a DVB-T tuner. If so then I don't think it supports FM radio.

Cheers,
Brian
