The same is true of the GUI if you don't select a config file on startup.

Not for the command line. The GUI has a progressbar. Since it is not a console application, Console.Write() does not actually output to the command line. You have to use a workaround and to be honest, I was too lazy to code for it.

ummm i can't find the downloader for vista. i got brave and installed vista x64.

Hey Whurlston,

me again. I had another question regarding this. I'm having trouble loading the epg again. My log is showing a duplicate as usual but I found it and added it to the exclude file and it's still showing up when I try to load the epg. I'm just trying to figure out why it's not excluding it. I've attached my logs and my exclude file if you don't mind taking a look.

What I'm looking at is this

Maybe I'm missing something else but I'm pretty certain that's the problem.

If memory serves me correctly, can't use channel IDs in the exclude file, only channel numbers and callsigns. Check C:\EPG\Output\DITV523-.xml for that channel ID. It should appear at least twice in the <channel> section and add all but one of the channel numbers to the exclude file.
