Can someone please give me a nudge in the right direction? I have on loan a USB DVB-T tuner (ASUS My Cinema-U3000 Mini) which is picked up by config.exe and the Freeview stations seem to have been tuned in. They are in the TVGuide but selecting them to view just gives a black screen. The LED on the USB lights up to indicate OK signal strength when a channel is chosen.

I have installed the Cyberlink PowerDVD7 trial form here:- http://www.cyberlink.com/multi/download/..._site.jsp#

Is this the correct one?

Presuming I can be lead to getting the picture, how do I get the HD trials?

Sorry for the ignorance but I have tried searching and info is so scattered and it just doesn't seem to answer my questions.

The Cyberlink H.264 decoder only comes with PowerDVD Ultra, and some Twinhan capture cards.

Ah, and Ultra is not aval as a trial download! So, we buy the $US100 one?

Is the wrong powerdvd responsible for not seeing Freeview channels?

There was a trial of it up until about a week ago. I'm not sure why they removed it. I'm guessing a new trial will appear soon.

(see my comments on compatible decoders in the pre-release area)

Yep. No compatible H.264 decoder = no picture.
