The version numbers that I am quoting are the numbers that are in the window title bar of the GUI. The version that I have now was downloaded about two hous ago and reports itself as 1.2.35. The earler version that was giving me wonky results reported itself as 1.2.4. (Not that I care about version numbers ! I'm grateful to you for a tool that does exactly what I want !)
I run my EPG updates manually because I have a dodgy Internet connection. I want to avoid a situation where my grabber can't connect and downloads nothing at all and I finish up with an empty EPG in GBPVR. If you are looking for things to add to the Enhancer, you might consider an "If grabber output is less than N megabytes, then stop" option.
While I'm hinting at what you might like to develop ... a gadget to do Series and Episode numbers fo existing recordings would be cute. For example, I might point the software at a folder in my Recording folder (or the Recordings folder itself, if I don't use sub-folders). For each file in the folder, the software would find the relevant entry in the GBPVR database and add the Series and Episode numbers to the sub-title in the database in the same way as the Enhancer does now for the sub-title in the xml file.
In any event, thanks for your good work.
Graham
Just for anyone else, 1.2.4 is earlier than 1.2.35 because 4 is less than 35....
I know that it's less than intuitive. But I only force a change of the auto incrementing Version number when it's REALLY obvious there's going to be confusion...
