Vertical guides are added. I have fixed some bugs with the horizontal guide.

Since this is still a new plugin I would expect that there would be some bugs.

Please let me know if you find any bugs.

Also I seperated the skin files out. I have also created a settings file that is self expanaitory.

To all skinners, please let me know if you want me to add any fields.

Enjoy

well most seems right, but in the vertical guide when you scroll down it doesnt just scroll down one show, it goes to the next time period and puts the next show at the top of the list, but when you scroll up, it only moves back one show.  yeah i didnt explain that to well, the scrolling is kinda weird.

i pushed menu, left guide2j and tried to go back into it and it crashed gbpvr. error log:
<table border="0" align="center" width="95%" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"><tr><td>Code Sample </td></tr><tr><td id="CODE">7/03/2005 10:48:33 a.m..468 INFO [2] Connection String Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;Data Source=".\gbpvr.mdb";User Id=admin;Password=

i was in the third view (vertical with desc), its crashed twice now in this view.

also can you make the &quot;Go&quot; button have the same function as the &quot;func&quot; button (the ctrl-o button), since on the new hauppauge remote there is no function button.

and it doesnt seem to use the same channel icons as the normal guide.

Thanks, I will take a look at it and fix.

I do know of some bugs... And as the title says, this is a technology preview. I love the vertical guide, but, others had strong idea how the guide should work and look.

I wanted to get this out in their hands, and have the community tell me what I should do differently (like don't use the function button).

reven, I was hoping that you can help me out...

I know about some of the weird scrolling. And I fixed the hit menu and go back in the guide error.

In the third guide, I cannot get an error. Can you reproduce it and post the error log.

I was going to use the Go button to go back to today's time. Would the stop button work to switch guides?

And what key stroke is the go button?

jrockintuitive if you send me the pdb file also created when you compile the dll, and i place it in the plugins dll, when the crash occurs, the gbpvr.exe.log will point to the exact line of the crash (really helpful).

oh and it crashs every time i enter the guide for the second time (even if i enter, exit, try to enter again, it crashes).

[b Wrote:Quote[/b] ]I was going to use the Go button to go back to today's time. Would the stop button work to switch guides?
yeah it would, just use
<table border="0" align="center" width="95%" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"><tr><td>Code Sample </td></tr><tr><td id="CODE">
switch(e.KeyCode){
...
case Keys.S:
if(e.Control){
//switch guide
}
break;
}[/QUOTE]

[b Wrote:Quote[/b] ]And what key stroke is the go button?
go = f11

I have updated the plugin on wiki. I fixed the one bug I knew about, activate guide, go to menu, go back into guide.

I have also made the stop button, the function to change guide.

As per reven suggestion, the go button does back to the current time.

You can also download the pdb file to help debug.

Please send me any bugs that you recieve
