Custom popups?

Yep - me again.

Is it possible to have a popup resize (or auto size) itself based on the amount of text? Also, change fonts, colour of text, add a graphic etc?

I'd like a popup similar to the one for programme details in TV Guide with perhaps a channel logo, title and start/stop times in one font or colour and a description in another font/colour.

I can derive my own popup from PopupMessageBox - could I cusomize it with a 'template' in my skin.xml file and then build the popup from that using the popup's skinhelper2?

Have a look at the weather skeleton plugin I supplied in this thread: http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?t=27703

It has a sample custom popup screen.

Great - thanks. Kinda what I expected with a derived class and associated skin but I wasn't sure where to start.

BTW - that link reminded me that the DVB-T Radio plugin started out as the 'Hello World' sample. A couple of thousand lines of code later and things work a whole lot different...but you've gotta start somewhere.
