Strange difference between 1.0.16 and 1.2.9

Bump the thread next week and I'll try to spend some more time with it. I do believe you that its happening, but I just havnt been able to determine where yet.

Sub, as requested here is the bump. It is not really too urgent, however I wonder if no other plugin developer has this problem. The test code is quite basic and effects are reproducable over two different machines (totally different hardware). If you find time to do a check I would much appreciate it, however being a software developer myself I know you have enough other tasks in the queue. I could live with VMR for some more months, weather is getting better anyway .

I havnt really done much work towards a release (too busy at work), but there are lots of patches floating around so I'm tempted to put out a 1.2.14 or similar some time in the next couple of weeks. I'm undecided yet.
