no dvd control

hmmm,seems i can't get pvrx2 to add it's controls when i play dvd...?!
graph shows just dvd navigator,decoders, and renderer...
aren't there supposed to be the osd and control filters in there?
i tried several decoders...same thing...same with evr...
dvd plays but no control whatsoever, have to kil pvrx2 to get any controll back..
hoping there's a patch i missed somewhere..

here's a log from that episode...just played dvd from dir, plays fine, but no control filters inserted, and logs are messed up...

maybe just that dvd rip...others play fine...
but at least i can exit out..
