Scart output to 3 component colours

Does anybody know if the scart output on a UK mvp can provide the individual component 3 colour outputs for feeding to a plasma screen via a converter cable

I don't think so. I think the MVP scart output is wired to the original SCART standard which only provided for RGB and composite.
