I don't know if it's x-record or cdkScheduler. I have the latest updates i downloaded. When I try to add or delete things on that list, i get this error:

An unhandled exception has occured in your applicaiton. If you click continue...

And then the Details include:

SystemNullReference Exception: OBject reference not set to an instance...

This program has so much great potential, but it's had bugs since I can remember.

Also, the new priority recordings (with like seven sample shows) is great EXCEPT, i would love some examples on how to do searches for actor or description names. They are all currently program names (Days of Our Lives, Apprentice, Nick and Jessica), but what if you included an example of "Edward Norton" or something like that.

I hope one day this program becomes easy to use, understand and bug free!

ydekmekji,

Either in the Community Announcements or better yet in the Developer forum, you'll need to post a bug report for XRecord there along with a copy of your gbpvr.exe.log file after the error has occured. Only then can Jorm fix the problem in XRecord.

As for scheduling, you should be able to manually put in the examples in the CDK Scheduler Examples thread and get your programs to schedule properly. I know that Jorm is working on improving XRecord, but can only do so if he has more detail as to what is causing the problems. That is where having the logs will help out. The Object Reference error is a pretty generic error message and can mean anything.
