MusicLibrary3 - beta thread

Until the next release of ML3 I have reverted back to ML2, because the beta ML3 does not yet have basic functionality I need. I'll keep watching this space.

its coming pz1, just slowly. I've been doing a lot behind the scenes, including the initial startup. I hope to have another beta out this week with some of the features you identified.

I note that you say ML2 8 is in development, which do you want as the focus?

psycik, what keys do you use to skip forward and backward in playing a playlist on the MVP/PCH? Is it the same as PVRx2.exe?

Should be the same yeah. Ctrl-Right Ctrl-Left - it's in the MusicLibrary3.xml keymapping file

I'm more concerned on the MVP/NMT. It seem from the wiki that those keys are skip and repeat but either I have messed up mvpmc's key mappings all along or the skip and repeat are used to page through the library. I'm trying to find out (I can't boot my MVP tonight, because my network is messed up doing wireless testing with the PCH).

Should be the regular skip commands that sub uses. But I think I let my lists process the keys first, so if those same keys are being used for page up page down you may not see the skip track command since that's one of the last operations i check.

In pvrx2, the keys are different. I think page up page down is ctrl-d ctrl-f (the ffwd, rwd keys - i.e. the 10 sec skip).
