NZ DVB-S EPG Not being loaded

Hi all

I have used GBPVR to tune the DVB-S portion of my Hauppauge HVR-3000 many times before, but for some reason on this clean install of XP it refuses to populate the EPG via the satellite. All the channels load fine and I can watch them, but there is no EPG data avilabale.

I tried using another xmltv grabber for nz, which seems gets all the data and setting the DVB-S card to use this, but same result, no guide info in GBPVR.

Is there some requirement potentially missing? I have had this working at least 5 times in the last week, but on this install it refuses to.

Hit the 'update epg' button in the config app, then zip and attach the config.exe.log and I'll take a look.

You haven't added some sort of local firewall have you? Or turned it back on?

Windows Firewall was on before (as it has been for every previous install), tried disabling it and restarting with the same result

I did a format last night (had some other things to sort out), will update the thread when I get it all going again and if the problem rematerialises.

This is a clean install. Timezone is also set correctly.

That particular attempt failed because you've got your recording directory set to c:\temp, but the directory doesnt actually exist.
