It looks like it tried to find the Cyberlink mux, but couldnt, so fell back to using one of the other muxes.

Whats the output of MuxChecker on your machine?

GB-PVR has detected the following multiplex filters on your machine:

Found: CyberLink MPEG Muxer
FILE: X:\GBPVR\Mux's\MpgMux(5.0.0.813).ax
VERSION: Ë´A~

If you're running WinXP SP1 or higher, you will also be able to use the built-in DVR-MS mux filter

The mux file on X: is actually on a NAS drive....could that be the problem perhaps?

It might be related to that somehow. I would have thought it'd be ok.

I should mention that specific version of the Cyberlink is known to have several problems. In case you havnt seen it, there is links to most mux filters here: http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?t=25630

I dont really have any first hand experience using them with ATSC, but with standard DVB I use the 5.0.0.1307.

I know most ATSC people have stuck with the DVR-MS, but I understand this is at odds with your PCH, so you'll probably need to try a few versions to see what works best for you. What worked badly with the TS Mux for you?

Really choppy recording with TS Mux. With the Cyber it was smooth....although the testing I was doing with ms-dvr is very good....but my recordings seem to stop after only a few minutes of recording.....when I am recording 2 hd shows at once.

Ok...unregistered the Cyberlink mux and then registered the 5.0.0.1307 from the local drive.

I can see both programmes recording but can't view them while they are recording....I think I saw in a post some muxes don't lend themselves to allowing read and write at the same time.

Both recordings have been running longer than a few minutes which is also good. I let these run for a while and then post back results.
