This might not be suitable for this forum but is there a way to create a graph all the way from your tuner to video output.
Using the digital DVB-T signal & say the Happauge HVR4000 card?

Using insert filters...

From BDA Network Providers, add the DVB-T one.

From BDA Source Filters add the relevant DVB-T tuner filter.

From BDA Receiver Component add the relevant DVB-T capture filter.

Close the Insert Filters dialog box.

Right-click the Network Provider filter and select Filter Properties. Go to the DVBT Tune Request page and enter valid ONID, TSID, SID, Carrier Frequency and Symbol Rate. Click the Submit Request button then OK to close the Properties page.

Hook the output pin of the Network Provider filter to the tuner filter and the output of the tuner filter to the capture filter.

Right-click the capture filter output pin and select Render Pin.

Click Play on the GraphEdit button bar.

Cheers,
Brian

Assuming you've got GB-PVR working, look in the BDA folder of the GB-PVR installation folder for a file called scan-X.cache (where X is the device number of your DVB-T card).

This is a sample from an NZ cache file...

Code:
T:C48,[color=Red]690000[/color],0,0,[color=Red]8[/color]~NID:13313~[color=Red]ONID:8746~TSID:27~P:1200[/color]~V:270~VTYPE:H264~A:320~L:000(AAC-LATM)~PMT:288~LCN:1~TXT:1010~PCR:270~N:>TV ONE
In this case, highlighted in red, freq. is 690000, sym. rate is 8, ONID and TSID 8746 & 27 and SID (shown as ~P) as 1200.

Cheers,
Brian
