I have the plugin set to use the "Queue to Watch Instantly" RSS feed (could this be the problem?).
When I select a movie from the Queue, I get the window saying that it's retrieving movie information, but after a very long wait, the GBPVR screensaver comes on. When I press a button on the remote to go back, the window is gone and there is not movie information. Without the movie information, I can't get the download.
At first I thought this might be because I have obscure movies on my queue, but this problem appears to occur on my other lists as well, including New Releases and Top 100.
What's weird is that I was able to download two other things:
1) I downloaded Dracula and had the same problem as described above. While searching for an answer, I realized that I had placed CommonGBPVRUtilities.dll in c:\program files\devnz\gbpvr and not in the \common folder.
2) After making the correction, and deleting Dracula, I was able to download the first episode of the Office.
Deleting that Office episode in the hopes that it will allow me to view a different movie hasn't worked either. Trying to re-download Dracula has also failed.
Is there anything less I need to check to see why this is happening? Should I try disabling the GBPVR screensaver?
(On a side note, I LOVE this plugin. I couldn't get Netflix to work at all on my PVR due to some obscure nvidia/microsoft DRM issue, but this plugin is a ray of light in stormy weather. When it works, this is the best plugin ever!)
