I have the plugin set to use the "Queue to Watch Instantly" RSS feed (could this be the problem?).

When I select a movie from the Queue, I get the window saying that it's retrieving movie information, but after a very long wait, the GBPVR screensaver comes on. When I press a button on the remote to go back, the window is gone and there is not movie information. Without the movie information, I can't get the download.

At first I thought this might be because I have obscure movies on my queue, but this problem appears to occur on my other lists as well, including New Releases and Top 100.

What's weird is that I was able to download two other things:
1) I downloaded Dracula and had the same problem as described above. While searching for an answer, I realized that I had placed CommonGBPVRUtilities.dll in c:\program files\devnz\gbpvr and not in the \common folder.
2) After making the correction, and deleting Dracula, I was able to download the first episode of the Office.

Deleting that Office episode in the hopes that it will allow me to view a different movie hasn't worked either. Trying to re-download Dracula has also failed.

Is there anything less I need to check to see why this is happening? Should I try disabling the GBPVR screensaver?

(On a side note, I LOVE this plugin. I couldn't get Netflix to work at all on my PVR due to some obscure nvidia/microsoft DRM issue, but this plugin is a ray of light in stormy weather. When it works, this is the best plugin ever!)

Check the Netflix website to verify that the movie is still available for Watch Instantly. I've added proper error handling for the next release in case it is not. I also have not updated the list of movies lately. I've been running on generator power for the last week and have just been pretty busy. I should be able to get back to developing next week.

Generator power. Because of Hurricane Ike? Man, I feel for you. After Katrina, I had to run on generator power for a month. My generator is not strong enough to run the 220V systems in the house, so no A/C and no hot water. Most miserable month I ever spent.

Yeah. I didn't think Ike would have much left in him when he got to Kentucky but I was wrong. Knocked out power to over 60% of Louisville. Luckily the weather has been really nice since and I have a gas water heater.

I seem to have resolved this issue through frequent rebooting. I'll need some more time to let you know if this is a definitive solution.

I have finally figured out how to add the Queue RSS feed to "Watch it Now", but its not updating my feed when I add movie on Netflix web site. I have checked and they are still available on Netflix. Does this feed related to the feed whurlston updates?

I love the plugin and appreciate all your hard work by you (whurlston) and hope you've had a smooth recovery from the hurricanes.

Yeah, I need to update the list. When the plugin downloads the feed, it compares it to the current list and then displays the movies common to both. If they aren't in the MovieList.xml, they don't get displayed. I will update the list tonight.

This setup is going to be changing soon. Everyone will be able to update their own list daily via the new API from Netflix. There is currently a small issue with it though. Starz titles are not now showing up as available for Watch Instantly, so I'm just waiting for Netflix to sort that out.

I've updated the list so they should be showing up now. If not, PM me a name of a movie that is not showing and I'll look into it.
