check for no signal when recording

The aerial cable fell out of one of my tuner cards and I got a few missed recordings before I worked out what had happened. Oddly the recordings weren't marked as 'failed', they appeared to be recording then just didn't play.
If I'd attempted to watch live TV on the card with no signal I think I would have got the no-signal pop up; so could a scheduled recording also check for no signal and then try another card or give a no signal warning, rather than trying to record?

Change <BDACheckSignalStatusDuringRecording> to "1" in config.xml

you've got to love this program, most of the 'faults' I find have built in fixes already! Is there a reason why this isn't enabled by default?

Some capture devices cause a stutter in the recording when the signal status is checked, so its off by default.
