Hi, i am from Canada. I just brought the Sapphire ATI 550 PRO with remote, I already installed GB-PVR v1.2.13. But its not able to watch any channel, can anyone teach me the steps how to set up this software. Thanks alot.

Did you set up your capture source? Do you see your channels listed in the TV Guide?qq

Try viewing live tv, then zip and attach your logs and I'll take a look.

I already did to Tuning Assistant, but when I go in Live TV, its black for like 3 seconds, then back to main menu. I also try to go in Setting, same thing happen, freeze for 3 seconds, then back to main menu. I can see the channels on the Tuning Assistant. Any idea?

Try viewing live tv, then zip and attach your logs and I'll take a look.

You dont need to use the tuning assistant utility.

Depending on how you have things configured it could be one of many files. Safest bet is to zip and attach the complete logs subdirectory.
